Engine

• Anti freeze, washed out and changed
• Charge cooler anti freeze washed out serviced and changed, re-sprayed red with high temperature paint.  An Electrical Pump is fitted, this takes away the maintenance and recurring costs, being more reliable and keeping your engine performing. The outlay for the new pump will soon be covered by the savings of not having to fork out for service kits for the mechanical pump. The electrical pump should out live the life of the car, in theory.

• Radiator bottle refurbished and re sprayed with new pipes
• Brand new Manifold:
• Best on the market for this car and from a different manufacturer (the south west lotus centre) also sprayed with high temperature paint, Free flow design, very light, weighs only around 6 kg and produced from very high quality stainless steel also comes with a professionally applied ceramic coat, very expensive to replace and it is MADE TO LAST.
• Stainless Steel Twin Exhaust with v8 style tail pipe covers 
• Brand New Red Samco piping throughout the engine alongside braided hoses fitted throughout the engine for style and aesthetics.
• Engine and gearbox repainted silver with specialised high temperature engine paint for protection from wear and tear, dirt and grease simply washes off, engine is still gleaming and its LONG LASTING!!  
• Brand new stainless steel nut, washers and bolts changed throughout the engine, completely corrosion free, long lasting and they will open quickly even after 10 years due to greasing each pair.
• Rocker cover seals changed and re-painted brand new!
• Fuel injectors, cleaned via ultrasonic systems   
• Engine oil changed
• Brand new Reverse switch fitted in the gear box
• Starter motor refurbished and re-greased

• Ball joint arm, UK made stainless steel rod ends for the cable ends and the translator tie rod Stn Stl Brand New!!
• Rubber boots which fit over the translators ball joint arm that holds grease keeps clean and improve future ware, this is an aftermarket upgrade very rarely carried out on Esprits also it is very good for long term hassle free gear selection. This ensures driver safety and comfort of driving. Good upgrade!!
• Re greased gear selection lever assembly with a brand new bush kit fitted
• Clutch hose upgrade to Stainless steel braided hose (Recommended by Lotus Esprit World)
• Led strips fitted on the tail gate to illuminate the boot area and engine also good for traffic awareness and look very stylish!

        

Boot area

• Original Black Lotus Esprit carpet to match cockpit interior carpet brand new fitted
• Engine cover refurbished and sprayed silver and black to match the engine colour also underneath is coated with upgraded heat insulation.
• Both Parcel shelves are sprayed sliver to match the engine cover and original black carpet to match boot and cockpit (Brand New Carpet Fitted)
• Optima battery (yellow top) – For high performance, excellent power output (one of the world best performance car batteries) 

  

Summary
A lot of time, money and effort has been spent on this car. This Esprit has been reborn and is armed with better performance and upgrades. Most of all the upgrades carried out on the Esprit have been recommended on the Lotus Esprit World website. Most of the work has been carried out by a Lotus Esprit specialist (PNM Engineering). This car has been to exhibitions, was photographed and adored by many exhibitors. The car has maintained, protected and garaged for the time we have owned it. We have receipts of all the new parts listed above and service history for this vehicle. This car is absolutely beautiful and a real head turner got to be seen to be appreciated.
